I just got the Switcher 3 ;) and I love the game (I played on PC only 20 hs, so never finished the game). I've read something about the Blur and Motion Blur that is recommended to both turn them off. I play handheld exclusively, do I keep them on or off? I dont fully understand what this 2 options do. thanks!
